Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

At H Home Management, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and reliability for both clients and our team, the following cancellation and refund policies apply to all services.

1. General Policy

  • A valid payment method (credit card or other approved form) must be kept on file for all bookings.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and event bookings.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested by phone or email.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment.

2. Notice Periods

  • Residential Cleaning & Laundry Services: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Commercial & Janitorial Services: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Transportation Services: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Event Support Services: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

3. Deposits & Fees

  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs within the required notice period.

  • If cancellation occurs after the notice period, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

  • No additional service fees will be charged beyond the deposit for late cancellations.

4. Refunds

  • If H Home Management must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff emergencies, weather, or other issues), clients will receive a full refund of deposit and any payments made, or the option to apply credit toward future service.

  • Refunds are not available for services that have already been completed.

5. Laundry-Specific Terms

  • If a client fails to provide laundry at the agreed pickup/drop-off day, time, or location, the full cost of the scheduled service will still be charged, and no refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling is available only if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Services not completed due to client non-availability, missed handoff, or inaccessible drop-off location are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. At our discretion, deposits or cancellation terms may be waived in cases of illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances.
