Service Terms

Welcome to H Home Management. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth, professional relationship.

1. Scope of Services

H Home Management provides a range of services including residential cleaning and home management, commercial and janitorial cleaning, laundry pickup and delivery, transportation, and event support. Specific details, requirements, and pricing for each service are provided at the time of booking or inquiry.

2. Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.

  • Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, or if additional services are requested.

  • Commercial and large-scale services may require a written contract.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking or invoicing.

  • Accepted forms of payment will be confirmed prior to service (e.g., card, ACH, etc.).

  • For recurring services, payment schedules will be specified in the service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.

  • Ensure access to the property, business, or event space as scheduled.

  • Communicate any special requirements (e.g., product sensitivities, security protocols, vendor coordination).

5. Our Commitments

  • H Home Management will provide services with professionalism, care, and reliability.

  • Our staff and contractors are vetted, trained, and expected to uphold the highest standards.

  • We are licensed, bonded, and insured, offering clients peace of mind.

6. Scheduling & Service Delivery

  • Services will be performed during agreed-upon times.

  • We strive to accommodate schedule changes but availability may vary.

  • Delays or rescheduling due to factors outside our control (e.g., emergencies, weather, traffic) will be communicated promptly.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • While we take every precaution, H Home Management is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear to property or items.

  • Liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items is limited to proven negligence by our team.

  • Certain services (transportation, events) may have additional terms outlined separately in writing.

8. Laundry Service Terms

  • Pickup & Delivery – Clients must have laundry ready at the agreed-upon pickup time and location. Missed pickups are treated as cancellations (see Cancellation Policy).

  • Turnaround Time – Standard turnaround is next-day delivery unless otherwise specified.

  • Service Inclusions – All laundry is washed, dried, and folded. Specialty services (e.g., stain removal, delicates) may require additional arrangements.

  • Detergent Options – Regular and hypoallergenic (Free & Clear) detergents are available; clients must specify preferences in advance.

  • Household & Residential Plans – Laundry volume and pricing are based on agreed service frequency and household needs.

  • Commercial Plans – Volume and service levels will be determined during the quoting process and may require a service agreement.

  • Student Program – Each plan includes a set number of pickups per month. Laundry must fit inside the provided bag (limit: one bag per pickup). Items exceeding the bag limit may be refused or charged as an additional service.

9. Modifications

We may update or modify these Service Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to future bookings.
